The Pollstar API (Application Programming Interface) is a means by which Pollstar.com offers data feeds of concert listings in XML format. These Terms of Use govern your use of this service.

All websites, applications and services that consume data from the Pollstar API and present that data publicly to users, must display a link back to Pollstar.com in one of the following formats:

The API data contains links to more detailed information listed on the Pollstar.com web site. The API data may also contain links for purchasing tickets for the listed concert events. These links may not be removed or modified in any way. You may not display the API Content in a manner that does not permit successful linking to, redirection to or delivery of the applicable Pollstar.com web page and or links.

Each event listed on your website or in your application must enable (make clickable for an end user) at least one of the event specific URL Links (Venue, Artist or Event Detail) back to Pollstar.com.

You may not insert any intermediate page, splash page or other content between the API link and the applicable Pollstar.com web page.

API Terms of Use may be changed by Pollstar at any time without notice. If you violate these Terms, Pollstar may restrict or terminate your use of the API data feeds.

Premium licensing options and custom solutions are available on request if your application cannot meet these requirements. Contact Pollstar for more information.

Pollstar reserves the right to restrict the use of our API.
